TERMS AND CONDITIONS

St. Johns House is about relaxation, not too many rules and regulations, so if you need to cancel within 14 days of your stay we reserve the right to charge up-to 75% of your booking if we can't re-let.

Check in is after 14.00

Check out is by 10.00 monday to friday and 11.00 weekends. Please ask if you require more time.

 

Please only smoke out-side and away from windows, we will provide an ashtray if you ask.

That's it, just go home more relaxed than you arrived.
