Business award success for Lichfield Boutique Bed & Breakfast
St Johns House, Lichfield's premier and most luxurious bed and breakfast has won awards in two categories at The Midlands Business Awards.
The annual awards ceremony took place on Friday 20th November at the Holte Suite, Villa Park.
St Johns House is owned and managed by Johann Popp who was delighted to win an award in the ‘new business' and ‘customer service' categories. Johann commented: "To be recognised as one of the Midlands' top new businesses so early in the development of St Johns House is truly fantastic.
"The customer service award plays tribute to the attention and effort that we put on customer care. I believe having the best quality accommodation in the area is not enough; it has to be complimented with a high level of customer service to ensure that each guest has a unique and comfortable stay".
2009 is proving to be a winning year for St Johns house as in August, and within its first month of opening, the boutique bed and breakfast achieved the AA's ‘Highly Commended Four Star' rating which not only means that St Johns House is the highest rated bed and breakfast in Lichfield but it also denotes that St Johns House is in the top ten percent of the four star rating.
St Johns House has four rooms in newly renovated stables and is located on St John Street in Lichfield. Each bedroom has a ‘vi spring' mattress, quality bedding, fridge, ironing press and tea and coffee making facilities. All bathrooms are en suite with Porcelanosa tiles and power showers. Each room also has its own telephone and free internet access together with a flat screen television."
