
LOCAL PRODUCE
We believe that the quality of our produce is imperative to the quality of our breakfasts. All of our ingredients are sourced from local suppliers.
All our sausages and bacon are made by us from Packington Pork which is a local, differentiated, branded product, which offers the following unique selling points:
- Excellent eating quality, healthy and consistent
- Totally free-range. Outdoor bred, reared and finished in the field.
- Locally produced and processed in the traditional manner.
- RSPCA freedom food accredited.
- Utmost food safety and traceability.
- Additive, growth promoter and antibiotic free. No water added!

We purchase our bread from Hindleys the Bakers whose bakery is in Lichfield a few hundred metres from St Johns. Hindleys also run courses in both bread making and cake decorating for those who would like to learn more about how their food is made. HIndleys have been baking bread locally for over 100 years.
Our jams and preserves are all made at St Johns using where possible fruit grown within five miles of St Johns
